Organization and Staffing

The UNIVERSAL Project Management Company is managed by a Managing Director who is being assisted by a General Matters Manager and the Operations Manager. The management team is made up of 5 Committees

• Our Executive Committee (Exco) – Made up of 6 Management Members – Managing Director (Chairman), General Matters Manager, Operations Manager, Financial Controller, Total Quality Manager and Human Resources Manager – meet on an ad hoc basis.

• Our Projects Committee (Proco) – Made up of 10 Management Members – Managing Director (Chairman for Monday meetings), General Matters Manager (Chairman for Thursday meetings), Operations Manager (Chairman as required), Financial Controller, Total Quality Manager, Human Resources Manager, Project Director, Engineering Manager, Project Planning Manager, Logistics Manager – meet on Mondays from 08h45 to 09h45 and Thursdays from 07h45 to 08h45.

• Our Management Committee (Manco) – Made up of 11 Management Members – Managing Director (Chairman), General Matters Manager, Operations Manager, Financial Controller, Total Quality Manager, Human Resources Manager, Project Director, Engineering Manager, Project Planning Manager, Logistics Manager and Administration Manager – meet on Mondays from 07h45 to 08h45.

• Financial Committee (Finco) – Made up of 6 Management Members – Managing Director (Chairman), General Matters Manager, Financial Controller, Assistant Financial Controller, Project Director and Human Resources Manager – meet on Mondays from 10h45 to 11h45.

• Marketing Committee (Marco) – Made up of 8 Management Members – Managing Director (Chairman), General Matters Manager, Operations Manager, Financial Controller, Total Quality Manager, Project Director, Engineering Manager, Project Planning Manager- meet on Thursdays from 09h45 to 11h45.
